Walls Wrapped & Interior Being Framed

St. Paul’s new Career Technical Education center continues coming to life! Our team wrapped up the exterior sheathing and is nearly finished with the weather barrier, important steps in protecting the structure and preparing it for siding installation.

Sheet metal flashing and exterior door frames are now being installed, while interior framing is simultaneously underway. Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems are progressing steadily as well. Work is also moving forward elsewhere across campus. At the elementary school, drywall is going up in the kitchen remodel. And in the high school parking lot, asphalt patching is complete following trenching for underground utility connections.

Each update is a sign of real momentum as we continue modernizing the St. Paul School District’s facilities to provide hands-on learning opportunities and help future generations flourish.
