Big strides have been made on the new Career Technical Education (CTE) center in St. Paul! Inside the building, framing is done and all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins have been finalized. Wall insulation is in place, drywall has been hung, and our team is currently taping and mudding joints to prep for painting. Once this step is finished, interior finishes will begin to bring the space to life.
The building’s exterior is coming together as well. Metal wall panels, CMU veneer and storefront windows are installed, with only soffit panels, metal trims, gutters and exterior doors left to complete. Meanwhile, trenches are being dug for storm drain lines and preparations are underway for sidewalks and other site concrete around the campus.
Thanks to consistent progress and strong coordination, we’re getting closer every day to delivering this modern facility designed to support hands-on learning and career-ready opportunities for students.
