It’s official! As of today, the new Career Technical Education center was turned over to the St. Paul School District. Over the past month, all interior finishes were completed. The fence and gate were also installed. Site landscaping began taking root with hydroseeded lawns getting established. Critical systems, such as the wood shop dust collector and metal shop fume exhaust, are now fully operational. Furniture and equipment installations are also nearing the finish line as the project team completes the last of its punch list corrections.
This marks a major milestone as we approach the final phase of move-in and occupancy. The new 6,500-square-foot facility will soon be home to modern technical education shops, agricultural classrooms and upgraded infrastructure to support career-focused learning for years to come.
On Monday, Nov. 10 at 6:30 pm, there will be an Open House for the new CTE building and everyone is invited to join us.
