St. Paul School District

In a Design/Build partnership with the St. Paul School District, Klosh Group, Pence Contractors, and Soderstrom Architects, this project includes a new 6,500 square foot Career and Technical Education (CTE) facility, kitchen upgrades for the district, renovations to the current CTE facility for district maintenance, and campus-wide security improvements. The new CTE building will support diverse instructional opportunities in horticulture, animal science, ag mechanics, woodworking, welding, and natural resources, while also providing a modern lab, planting spaces and room for the community to engage with students.
