Our crew has been busy installing a radiant heating system in the main entrance area, which will push warm water through the white plastic tubing to heat the floor during colder months. We’ve also been implementing final preparations for the upcoming slab-on-grade concrete pour, including grading, making sure the green vapor barrier is ready and installing the last of the rebar for reinforcement. Plumbing and backfilling have progressed as well and PGE’s primary electrical vaults are also complete. Lastly, we added waterproofing and a window to our mockup so we can test its membrane.
